This article develops a critical–propositional examination of Michael A. Simpson’s The O–P Closure Meta-Theorem: A Minimal Foundational Constraint on Emergence, Identity, Information, and Continuity in systematic confrontation with the Theory of Objectivity (TO). The study investigates whether Simpson’s minimal formal architecture—centered on recursive closure between Potential (P) and Operation (O)—can serve as a structurally relevant contribution to the problems of emergence, identity, memory, continuity, and information. The paper argues that Simpson’s meta-theorem offers a valuable minimal grammar of persistence, especially by asserting that stable identity does not arise from isolated events, but from recursive closure. This insight is placed in dialogue with the modal ontology of the Theory of Objectivity, particularly its Seven Absolute Truths, its cosmogenetic theorem, its phenomenic table, its Inductive Effects, and its cosmological Eras. The article identifies significant compatibilities between the O–P framework and TO, including the rejection of instantaneous identity, the centrality of continuity, the constitutive role of memory, and the relational interpretation of information. At the same time, it highlights major modal tensions, especially concerning the status of Nothingness as a primitive mathematical essence, the auric singularity of elements, the requirement of full observation by at least two others, transcendence beyond the existential quantum, and the absence of a full cosmogenetic deduction in Simpson’s model. Rather than rejecting the O–P meta-theorem, the article proposes its disciplined incorporation as an auxiliary formal restriction within the broader ontological and cosmological architecture of the Theory of Objectivity. In this sense, Simpson’s work is interpreted not as a substitute for TO, but as a meaningful interlocutor whose structural minimalism can be expanded by TO toward a more comprehensive modal, phenomenic, and cosmological account of reality. This work is intended for readers interested in foundational physics, ontology, philosophy of science, information theory, cosmology, and AI-assisted theoretical analysis.
