Homoeopathy in Managing Neurodevelopmental Disorders: A Narrative Review

Abstract Neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs) comprise of a spectrum of challenges in childhood development, affecting motor skills, cognition, communication, and behavioral domains in children and the most common NDDs are attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, specific learning disability, and intellectual disability. This narrative review mainly emphasizes the potential benefits of homeopathy along with the supportive measures including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and special education. This narrative review is based on collected evidence, including case series, randomized control trials, polarity analysis, pragmatic trials, and other research studies through proper search strategy. It emphasizes the scope of homoeopathy in improving the quality and standard of living of children's affected with NDDs.
