Abstract; This study aimed to assess the spiritual well-being among the uniformed personnel of the Philippine National Police of Dipolog City police station during the calendar year 2025. It employed a descriptive research method. There were fifty-nine (59) respondents involved. The statistical tools utilized to measure were the Weighted mean and standard deviation, and Mann Whitney U-Test and Kruskal Wallis H-test for the demographic profile of the respondents. The level of spiritual well-being in terms of personal, communal, environmental, and transcendental were very high. There is no significant difference in the respondent’s spiritual well-being and demographic profile. Based on the findings, the authors recommend that the top-level management of the Philippine National Police should incorporate spiritual well-being into their lessons in the police academy to help police officers learn independently and gain new information, skills, and knowledge.
