This work presents EGESB-G₂ v7.0, a multi-scale phase coherence framework connecting galactic dynamics, entropy-driven manifold evolution, and plasma stabilization. The model introduces a three-layer hybrid control architecture:(1) local rotational-diffusive damping,(2) fast manifold tracking,(3) global phase-coherence feedback. The framework is linked to recent SPARC statistical replication results and proposes a unified phase-consistent stabilization mechanism applicable to astrophysical systems and tokamak plasma confinement. Further statistical robustness tests are ongoing and will be reported in follow-up updates.
