Abstract

Decarbonization is a national target which drives local cities in Aizu region toward usage of renewable energy and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) scheme. During the past two years, Aizu Electric Power Company has gone through challenges to materialize PPA business and accumulated a few know-hows. In order to lower the hurdle for the followers entering the PPA business, Aizu Electric Power Company has decided to disclose their know-hows in public so that anyone interested are able to use them at no cost. Sharing know-hows would be needed further in order to encourage more players to enter into the decarbonization industry.
