A structure of the single crystal Ni based superalloy is composed of γ’ phase cubes arranged in an orderly manner in the shape of a grid and γ phase channels existing between the γ’ phase cubes. In this single crystal Ni based superalloy, the γ’ phase cubes are connecting with each other to be rafting structures in the direction perpendicular to the tensile stress during the creep deformation under high temperature and high stress. It has already been reported that a phase transition image during a future accelerating creep region could be predicted through extrapolation by using 11 × 11 meshed simple geometrical models via the Discrete Cosine Transform and the Maximum Entropy method if there are SEM images during a transient creep region and a steady state creep region. From the above, a further computational calculation has been performed to obtain a more precise future prediction phase transition model by using 21×21 meshed simple geometrical models. As a result, a meaningful result has been obtained.
