Cell sorting technologies that enable the purification and isolation of target cells from heterogeneous cell populations are essential tools in cell research. However, conventional sorting methods rely on labeling procedures targeting surface marker proteins, which can cause cellular damage due to their invasiveness. To overcome this limitation, we focused on cell adhesiveness as a label-free marker and developed a high-throughput cell sorting technique based on centrifugal force.
