Background: While the left internal thoracic artery to the left anterior descending artery (LAD) remains the gold standard, the optimal strategy for non-LAD targets (i.e., the use of multiple arterial grafting MAG or high-quality venous grafting) remains controversial. Despite the theoretical superiority of MAG, global adoption is remarkably low.
