Case DesCriptionA 5-year-old girl patient was brought to a dental clinic by her parents with the chief complaint of missing upper front teeth since birth.The familial medical and dental history was nonrelevant.On questioning, parents did not give any history of unerupted teeth or hypodontia in the family.They also confirmed that there was no history of trauma or fall.Examination revealed missing deciduous maxillary central incisors.No intraoral swelling or bulge was noticed.Gingiva and alveolar bone in the anterior region were healthy (Fig. 1A).The rest of the deciduous teeth were normal in number, shape, size, and alignment.Intraoral periapical radiograph was taken which revealed inverted impacted maxillary central incisors.These teeth had
