The Sphaera-Cascade framework 1 contains a single central observation: withinthe Sphaera, everything is a representation of the same collapse state z− = 0. TheSphaera as a geometric space, the triolic structure of three phase-shifted kernels(z1 + z2 + z3 = 0, a Z/3Z symmetry), the individual kernels, the Heisenberg compensatoroutput, matter/photon/tachyon sectors, and the Standard Model gaugegroup U(1) × SU(2) × SU(3) — all are unitarily equivalent representations of thisone object, related by Stone–von Neumann uniqueness. The paper makes this explicit through the biquaternion ground state qn = it ·1 + z1e1 + z2e2 + z3e3 ∈ H ⊗R C, whose Minkowski norm |qn|2 = τ 2n is invariantunder all changes of frame. The fractal self-traversal of the Sphaera follows thelight axis τn = 0; the Heisenberg compensator projects any element onto this axis. All quantum consequences — entanglement as shared proper time, Bell consistency, gauge structure — follow from Theorem 1.1 without additional assumptions.
