During the COVID-19 pandemic, Hospital Metropolitano (San Nicolás de los Garza, México) was repurposed as a COVID center, limiting access to conventional telepathology tools. This poster describes the development of a Google Forms-based online questionnaire to collect pathologists' opinions on cytological criteria evaluated from sets of cropped microphotography images (10x, 20x, and 40x objectives). Ten pathologists were contacted; seven completed the form. Results showed that cropped images interfered with evaluation comfort, and that forms with more than five image-accompanied items caused loading delays on smartphones. The study concludes that Google Forms is a viable low-resource telepathology alternative, but questionnaire and image design must be tailored to users' device and bandwidth constraints.
