Abstract

Conclusion: Multiparametric kidney MRI sensitively captures stagedependent hemodynamics, structural change, and oxygenation in obesity and T2D.SGLT2 inhibition demonstrates reversal of abnormal renal oxygenation, evidenced by favorable changes in medullary FSOC.These findings support multiparametric MRI as a non-invasive biomarker suite to track progression and therapeutic response in early diabetic kidney disease.I have no potential conflict of interest to disclose.I did not use generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process.
