Conclusion:Both SGLT2 inhibitors and RAAS blockers independently reduce renal risk in CKD.Their combination confers synergistic benefit, supporting dual therapy as a frontline strategy for slowing CKD progression.I have no potential conflict of interest to disclose.I did not use generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process.
