This paper introduces the Hybrid Alphanumeric Structural Cipher (H-ASC), a dual-layer security framework. The Inner Layer uses numeral-linguistic compression based on biological constants (e.g., the 23rd chromosomal pair) and geometric word anchors. The Outer Layer employs a non-deterministic cryptographic shell with AES-256-GCM and keyed structural permutation. This ensures semantic ambiguity—resolved only by the Theory of Contextual Fitness—resists machine-learning decryption even if the crypto layer breaches.file:1
