This upload contains the updated Track 2 mathematical working documents for the Universal Processing Law (UPL) framework, building upon the foundational UPL preprint. Major Revision: QNM Retraction and DRR Recovery This Version 3 incorporates a major formal revision. A previous Quasinormal Mode (QNM) frequency shift prediction has been **retracted** after an internal Red Team review identified 8 critical mathematical errors. The retracted prediction is replaced with a rigorous graph-level calculation proving that UPL recovers the standard Kerr QNM spectrum exactly. This record includes three documents: 1. Recovery of the Kerr Metric and Standard QNM Spectrum (centerpiece paper). Establishes that = Lg Lᵥ is a geometric functional of the metric, not a Brans-Dicke scalar. Through a graph-level node-counting calculation, it proves that DRR partner pixels possess sufficient spare processing capacity to fully absorb any linear gravitational wave perturbation. The reflectivity is exactly zero (R = 0), recovering standard General Relativity and the exact Kerr QNM spectrum, consistent with GW250114. 2. DRR Tensor Derivation. Formal derivation of the Kerr metric structural functions and from the UPL dual-saturation boundary conditions, with proofs. The ergosphere emerges as the DRR activation boundary. 3. PRL Draft (v3). Complete 4-page Physical Review Letters format manuscript presenting the revised Track 2 framework for journal submission.
