【摘要】 目的: 探讨基于生物-心理-社会医学模式的个体化护理在2型糖尿病患者治疗中的应用价值。 方法: 选取自2023年3月—2024年3月间就诊的92例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数表法分成两组,对照组46例采用常规护理模式,研究组46例开展基于生物-心理-社会医学模式的个体化护理模式。比较两组患者护理前后血糖指标、负性情绪、主观幸福感及自我效能感评分变化情况。 结果: 与护理前比较,护理后两组患者血糖指标均下降(pppppp 结论: 基于生物-心理-社会医学模式的个体化护理能够有效控制2型糖尿病患者血糖指标、缓解其负性情绪、提升主观幸福感及自我效能感,值得临床推广。
