The study evaluated the effect of combined soil ameliorative measures, including pelleted manure, zeolite, and calcium, on the quality parameters of pepper fruits. The results showed that the combined treatment (PS + zeolite + Ca) significantly improved total soluble solids (8.60 °Bx) and dry matter content (9.39%) compared to the control. A strong positive correlation between dry matter and total soluble solids was observed, indicating that reduced water content increases nutrient concentration in fruits. The findings confirm that integrated fertilization strategies improve fruit quality and have strong potential for sustainable pepper production.
