Primary central nervous system lymphoma(PCNSL)is a non-Hodgkin's lymphoma confined to the brain parenchyma,spinal cord,pia mater,and eyes.It has diverse clinical manifestations and is extremely difficult to diagnose.Spinal cord involvement is particularly rare.This article reports a case of PCNSL with the first onset in the spinal cord and elaborates on the important diagnostic roles of MRI,whole-body PET/CT,and cerebrospinal fluid interleukin-10 in PCNSL,aiming to improve the clinical understanding of this condition,increase the early diagnosis rate,and improve the prognosis.
