Objectives: This study aims to compare static navigation-guided and conventional freehand techniques for fiber post removal in terms of dentin preservation, stress distribution, and procedural accuracy. Methods: Extracted human premolars will be endodontically treated and allocated into two groups: freehand removal and static navigation-guided removal using CBCT-based 3D-printed guides. Pre- and post-operative micro-computed tomography scans will assess dentin removal and microcrack formation. Finite element analysis will be conducted on CBCT-derived models to evaluate stress distribution and fracture risk. Results: The study is currently in progress and results are awaited. Conclusions: This investigation is expected to provide high-resolution evidence on the precision and biomechanical advantages of static navigation in endodontic retreatment procedures.
