This document presents three quantitative, pre-registered cosmological predictions derived from the Unified Vibrational Force Theory (UVFT) Borgiani, 2025; doi: 10. 5281/zenodo. 16730869. These predictions are submitted to the public record in March 2026, prior to the release of the Vera C. Rubin Observatory / LSST Data Preview 2 (DP2). All results are derived from the three fundamental and immutable parameters of the UVFT (m, , ₀), which were previously calibrated to satisfy the consistency conditions for the fine-structure constant (₄₌), Newton’s gravitational constant (G), and the W-boson mass (mW). Key Predictions: S8 Suppression: The theory predicts a lensing amplitude of S₈, ₔₕ₅ₓ = 0. 780 0. 023, resolving the current tension between Planck and DES Y3/Y6 data. Dark Energy Equation of State: A slowly rolling scalar field dynamics predicts w₀ = -0. 980 and a characteristic positive shift wₐ = +0. 100. Matter Power Spectrum Modulations: A periodic oscillation (1\%) is predicted at scales of L 150 Mpc, driven by the vacuum's geometric resonance frequency.
