This work examines the effectiveness of the educational process at Al Ain University through the lens of student teachers in the United Arab Emirates, with a focus on the impact of digital transformation (DT) on the higher-education system. The study also examines whether there are significant differences in opinions across languages of instruction. The research design was descriptive, involving 238 student teachers in the first semester of the 2022/2023 academic year at Al Ain University. The data were processed using SmartPLS 4, with a validated scale to measure perceptions of the role of DT in enhancing the educational process. The findings will show that DT provides a highly favorable educational environment and significantly affects the educational process, as demonstrated by higher mean scores across the scale. Nevertheless, the responses were similar across languages in which the instruction was delivered. The present study emphasizes the importance of a well-defined vision and a properly designed plan in facilitating the digital revolution in institutions of higher learning, ultimately enhancing education.
