A 24-year-old woman presented with a 6-year history of slowly progressive, intermittently pruritic papulo-nodular lesions confined to the right external ear, with occasional bleeding. Histopathology demonstrated a benign vasoproliferative lesion composed of epithelioid endothelial cells with a dense eosinophil-rich inflammatory infiltrate, and immunohistochemistry confirmed the diagnosis of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia.
