For decades, fundamental physics has been in a state of conceptual crisis, generated by the intractable conflict between the requirement of the Universe's uniqueness (unitarity, background independence) and the mathematical inevitability of its multiplicity (quantum decoherence, the string theory landscape, JT-gravity ensembles). This paper formulates an exhaustive theoretical paradigm proving that the concepts of "Absolute Monism" and the "Multiverse" are not mutually exclusive ontologies. Within the framework of non-perturbative ultraviolet (UV) holography and Algebraic Quantum Field Theory (AQFT), they represent exact gauge duals. It is rigorously proven that the unique, static macrostate of quantum gravity (the Ultraviolet Monolith) is mathematically obligated to project onto any local subalgebra as an infinitely branching, topologically closed matrix of mixed states (the Infrared Multiverse).
