We presented the results of experimental studies of two-layer films in the Fe-Bi system depending on the deposition order of the magnetic and non-magnetic layers. Using electron magnetic resonance method, it is shown that additional magnetic anisotropy of the easy-plane type takes place in Fe-Bi films. The observed changes are explained by the formation of a granular iron layer at the interface with bismuth, which has strong magnetic anisotropy.
