Background: Nursing education emphasizes hands-on learning that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical skill development. Simulation-based learning has emerged as an effective strategy to bridge the gap between classroom teaching and clinical practice. This study aimed to assess levels of satisfaction, self-confidence, and clinical judgment among final-year BSc Nursing students exposed to simulation-based learning. Materials and Methods: A correlational study design was adopted among final-year BSc Nursing students selected through total enumerative sampling. Data were collected using a demographic questionnaire, the Student Satisfaction and Self-Confidence in Learning Scale, and a clinical judgment assessment tool. Results: The majority of students reported high satisfaction (82%) and high self-confidence (81%), while 85% demonstrated strong clinical judgment. A statistically significant positive correlation was observed among satisfaction, self-confidence, and clinical judgment (p < .05). The mean satisfaction score was 20.46 ± 2.29 (out of 25), self-confidence was 32.30 ± 4.86 (out of 40), and clinical judgment was 71.43 ± 7.61 (out of 90). Conclusion: Simulation-based learning effectively enhances satisfaction, self-confidence, and clinical judgment among nursing students.
