This paper introduces the Geometric Governor, a constraint-driven framework for maintaining stability in complex systems under continuous change. As AI-assisted development accelerates output, traditional validation models fail to maintain coherence across distributed systems. This work reframes stability as constrained evolution within a structured state space, where resonance and dynamic boundary conditions regulate system behavior in real time. The framework applies across physical, biological, and computational domains, offering a unified model for understanding and engineering stability under conditions of rapid system evolution.
