This work extends the previous version (V1) by introducing a flow-based ontological framework for system analysis. It reinterprets system structure as a stabilization of flow under constraints, integrating insights from Wittgenstein’s later philosophy and Conway’s Law. The paper proposes key concepts including constraint as strategy, anchors and boundaries as dynamic stabilizations, and minimal closure as the condition for system persistence. This version focuses on conceptual clarification and leaves several structural and methodological questions open for future work.
