SPECULATIVE FRAMEWORK — clearly labelled throughout. This volume contains a single Letter proposing a rigorous archaeological research programme using BCT-SAR methodology. The question addressed: if a technologically sophisticated human tradition existed before the conventionally accepted timeline, what physical evidence would remain, and could BCT-SAR detect it? Five falsifiable surveys proposed: Göbekli Tepe unexcavated portions, Central Sahara paleo-civilisation mapping, Southern African stone circle network, Giza subterranean complex (Biondi 2025 data), and Mediterranean continental shelf sonar survey. The BCT signature hypothesis: any structures built by humans with empirical knowledge of OHC geometry will encode RBCT = 1. 843 in their primary dimensions. This is proposed as a research programme, not a conclusion. The surveys will determine that.
