The outcomes for late repair of orbital blowout fractures are variable. The use of patient specific implants (PSI) aids intraoperative correction of globe position leading to improved outcomes. The authors present a case series of 6 patients from a single level I trauma centre in Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, treated with orbital PSI at least 12 months post-injury between the years of 2020 - 2025 with their outcomes, specifically, eye movements, diplopia, enophthalmos, hypoglobus and complications encountered.
