This technical report introduces a unified cosmological framework based ontwo interconnected models: the Polarized Membrane (PM) Model and theMatter-Energy-Space Converter (CMES). A paradigm shift is proposed inwhich the Universe operates as a cyclical thermal engine, alternating between phasesof expansion and contraction. The classical concept of gravitational singularity isreplaced by the CMES functional unit, solving the information paradox andproviding, through the PM Model, an explanation for Dark Matter, here identifiedas the gravitational influence of antimatter (27%) located on the opposite side of apolarized dielectric membrane. The document quantifies the stability of the currentexpansion phase through a monumental potential difference (ΔV ≈ 10 elevated at 26 V ) andanalyzes the ”perception delay” between the observable universe (13.5 Gly) andits real physical extension (41.5 Gly), suggesting study hypotheses regarding thepossible start of the global contraction phase of the current Universe detectable atits extreme boundaries.INTRODUCTION:
