CCEGA predicts MPA1 (stiff EOS) tidal deformability Λ ≈ 754–879, excluded by GW170817 70, 580. This paper explains why: density-dependent coupling Gₑff (ρ) = G e^−ρ/ρc amplifies tidal response with ρcentral. Stiffer EOS → higher central density → exponential growth in δG/G. With ρc = 7. 4 ρₙuc: APR4 yields Λ ≈ 376–439 (safe ✓), SLy yields Λ ≈ 468–546 (marginal), MPA1 yields Λ ≈ 754–879 (excluded ✗). No parameter rescues MPA1 without breaking Tbounce or Mₘax. The framework has no internal mechanism to exclude stiff EOS a priori—it couples to density universally. Result is falsifiable: IR1/O5 will measure Λ (1. 4) to σ~50; Einstein Telescope (2035) to σ10.
