Demonstrates that the RASP integer pair (n,p) = (3,5) — which derives four fundamental constants with zero free parameters — appears across seven structurally distinct biological systems implementing n = 3 aromatic functional units. Anchored by comprehensive analysis of the cryptochrome tryptophan triad underlying avian magnetoreception. Six systems have demonstrated quantum processes at the triad level (radical pair, PCET, quantum tunneling, conical intersection dynamics); one (tubulin) has proposed but unconfirmed quantum effects. p = 5 is verified by 50+ ab initio SA-CASSCF/NEVPT2 calculations across 5 proteins and 3 amino acid types as a topological invariant of aromatic ring systems. Corrected Frenkel exciton Hamiltonian reveals CRY triad sits near the collective-factorized transition. Dicke superradiance analysis predicts 14% fluorescence lifetime reduction. Full Drude-Lorentz dephasing analysis constrains collective 1La state lifetime to 12-19 fs. Third paper in the CUFT-RASP series. Research began June 2025. v0.8.
