This work introduces the Omega (Ω) morphological index, a normalized measure for ranking isotopic stability within isotopic chains based on geometric and symmetry-related nuclear properties. The index reproduces key structural features of nuclear stability, including the valley of stability and intra-element stability hierarchies, without relying on binding energies or fitted parameters. The study includes: Full evaluation across the nuclear chart (Z = 1–118) Statistical validation and robustness analyses Morphological interpretation of nuclear stability Correlation with half-life data Extension to superheavy nuclei All computational data, code, and reproducible results supporting this work are available in the associated Zenodo dataset: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19314424
