The safety problems of agricultural products caused by pesticide residues urgently need the development of novel rapid and convenient analytical technologies for screening. Traditional chromatography-mass spectrometry technology has technical bottlenecks such as cumbersome sample preparation and a long detection cycle. In this study, a rapid detection method based on magnetic bead adsorption purification and high-resolution mass spectrometry separation was developed. By optimizing the extraction solvent and magnetic bead solid-phase purification conditions, matrix interference was effectively reduced, and simultaneous enrichment and purification of 30 pesticide residues in vegetables were successfully realized. The experiments showed that the target compound had good linearity in the range of 10∼200 μg/kg (r > 0.99), an average recovery of 67.7∼132.8% (RSD ≤ 13.3%), and a screening limit of as low as 0.1∼10 μg/kg, which met the requirements of GB2763-2021. In practical applications, the detection time of a single sample was shortened to 3 min, which was significantly more efficient than traditional methods.
