This study has been undertaken to develop a smart battery management system for electric vehicles using Arduino and IoT technology for improved safety and performance. To monitor and control key parameters temperature, current and voltage sensors are used and processed by the controller. The temperature is measured using DHT11 sensor, current by ACS712 and voltage by a voltage sensor. For protection a relay switching mechanism is used to prevent overheating and low voltage conditions. The system sends to Blynk platform monitoring and alerts.
