Fuel regulator is an important component of aeroengine for fuel flow metering and control in the aeroengine. For this component, the harsh working environments such as great load variation and high temperature will result in the severe characteristic degradation, unstable control performance, failure and even damage. In this paper, a state observer based on unscented Kalman filter as well as residuals analysis is designed to diagnose faults and observe changes of structural feature parameters. To reduce the influence of displacement sensor and internal leakage fault, an adaptive integral robust fault-tolerant control strategy is proposed to improve the ability to resist interference, and the stability of the overall closed-loop control system is proved by Lyapunov stability. The real-time simulation shows that the proposed control strategy can make the tracking error asymptotically converge under external disturbance, achieve accurate position control, and enhance tracking accuracy. Compared with the velocity feed-forward PID control and adaptive robust fault-tolerant control, the proposed fault-tolerant control strategy is of the excellent parameter adaptability and ant-interference ability.
