Trichoscopic Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Topical Stemoxydine for Hair Restoration in Androgenetic Alopecia: A Prospective Pre–Post Single‐Arm Exploratory Study

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of topical Stemoxydine in restoring hair in individuals with androgenetic alopecia (AGA).
Conducted a prospective pre-post single-arm exploratory study.
Evaluated changes in hair density before and after treatment.
Monitored for adverse effects related to the treatment.
Topical Stemoxydine significantly increased hair density.
Minimal adverse effects were observed during the treatment period.

In conclusion, topical Stemoxydine demonstrated significant clinical benefits in treating AGA, enhancing hair density with minimal adverse effects.
