The objective of this project is to investigate how university students acquire knowledge and achieve outcomes through Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) workshops. The purpose of this research is to understand diversity within society and organizations, leverage this diversity to ensure equity, promote an inclusive communication environment, and build a society where individuals and groups feel a sense of belonging.
