This presentation treats observation campaigns targeting space debris, which are conducted at Sekizaki Mirai Kaiseikan located in Oita City, Japan. The observatory possesses an 83cm telescope with an autoguiding equatorial mount, which can track not only stellar objects, but also artificial ones in orbit around the Earth. So far as the campaigns are concerned, known fragmentation debris in Geosynchronous Earth Orbit (GEO) are focused on. Some observation data from Russian broadcasting satellite, EKRAN2's fragmentation debris (77092J and H) clearly show cyclic light variations. Those tracked observation angles and optical changes provide their orbital information as well as their attitude motion parameters. Our final goal is to clarify temporal change of space debris environment from orbit determination and light curve metering through long-term observations.
