Examine how PIM1 influences A. fumigatus keratitis via the DDX41-STING signaling pathway.
Investigated the role of PIM1 in keratitis caused by A. fumigatus
Analyzed the DDX41-STING signaling pathway in response to PIM1 inhibition
PIM1 activation was shown to aggravate A. fumigatus keratitis
Inhibition of PIM1 significantly reduced keratitis severity
DDX41-STING signaling was identified as a key regulatory mechanism in this process.
Abstract
Our findings reveal a novel mechanism by which PIM1 aggravates A. fumigatus keratitis through activation of the DDX41-STING signaling axis, highlighting PIM1 as a promising therapeutic target for FK.
