This note describes the structural relationship between mass behavior, AGI amplification, and the conditions of individual autonomy. Mass does not respond to structure — mass responds to triggers. AGI does not introduce new dynamics; it amplifies what is already present in the mass. Autonomy is the capacity to distinguish trigger from structure. This capacity is formalized as an instance of the Distinction Axiom (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19371054).
