01-Apr-2026(V1.0) : GDG-QG-Certificate-VII is the next structural step in the Gamma-DG quantum-gravity program. Building on the unified synthesis established in the previous certificates, this manuscript studies whether the Gamma-DG bridge can be read as physically interpretable and structurally realizable. The paper introduces physical interpretability, structural realizability, and coherent bridge-level readability as controlled structural notions, and clarifies the conditions under which a unified Gamma-DG organization may support a disciplined physical reading linking the quantum-primitive layer to the relativistically readable spacetime layer. This certificate is not presented as a completed physical theory, but as a threshold step toward a unified structural theory of bridge-mediated physical readability.
