With the vigorous development of new quality productive forces, the traditional labor education model is difficult to meet the demands of the digital age for cultivating innovative and compound talents. This article explores the intrinsic connection between the digital transformation of labor education and the development of new quality productive forces, and analyzes the innovative paths of labor education in terms of curriculum system, teaching mode and practical platform under the background of digital transformation. Research shows that by building an innovative ecosystem featuring the collaboration of multiple subjects, labor education can more effectively cultivate modern talents with digital literacy and innovation capabilities.
