Abstract

This letter highlights the risk of excessive search intensification decreasing efficiency in “Multi-Point Combinatorial Optimization Method Based on Hierarchical Structure in Solution Space (HS-MCOM)”. To address this issue, “Multi-Population Combinatorial Optimization Method Based on Hierarchical Structure in Solution Space” is proposed. Numerical experiments conducted on benchmark problems validate the effectiveness of the developed method.
