Abstract

Admission BG is an easily measurable prognostic biomarker in non-diabetic OHCA. Mild-to-moderate hyperglycemia was associated with the most favorable short-term outcomes, whereas both hypoglycemia and severe hyperglycemia predicted worse survival and neurological recovery.
