This paper presents the JAYWEN Framework, comprising the Primordial Activation Source Hypothesis (PASH) and the Landauer-Induced Wavefunction Collapse (LIWC) theorem. PASH proposes that consciousness is not a bearer of personality or memory, but a universal, content-free activation condition (the Primordial Activation Source, PAS) ; the self is not a fixed soul, but a Localized Operational State generated when a carrier couples to the PAS. The framework establishes an asymmetric logical advantage over soul-entity models through carrier homology refutation, state interruption analysis, brain-computer upload non-transferability, and perceptual boundary effects. The LIWC theorem derives, from three physical axioms and the Minimum Collapse Budget Principle, a zero-free-parameter collapse rate: Γ (T) = (kB ln2 / ℏ) · T ≈ 9. 08 × 10¹⁰ s⁻¹K⁻¹ · T. This unique slope is verifiable with existing millikelvin cryogenic equipment. A discriminatory experimental protocol is proposed, identifying state-dependent calorimetric dissipation — peaking at 50/50 quantum superposition and minimizing at eigenstate — as the decisive test condition sufficient to eliminate all competing non-collapse models simultaneously.
