Why has the vast transmission of knowledge failed to proportionately decrease societal ignorance? This paper addresses this paradox by reconstructing a conceptual model of the "sources of ignorance." Moving beyond the traditional focus on education, it proposes a multi-layered framework (cognitive, linguistic, cultural, and structural) to identify what prevents correct thinking. The study highlights the phenomenon of "Sophisticated Ignorance" and argues that removing mental and systemic obstacles is the primary precondition for any productive intellectual endeavor.
