This paper proposes a foundational theory of organizational expansion conservation, establishing a structural dynamics framework to explain the evolutionary laws of organizational systems. By introducing the core concept of "organizational energy conservation", we reveal the inherent balance mechanism between organizational expansion, contraction, and stability, and construct a mathematical model of organizational dynamics. This theory breaks through the traditional organizational behavior research paradigm, provides a unified axiomatic foundation for organizational evolution, and offers a new theoretical perspective for understanding organizational collapse, growth, and sustainable development. It has important theoretical value and practical guiding significance for organizational management, strategic research, and complex system science.
