This project presents the design and development of an adaptive Python learning platform that enhances personalized education through intelligent learning techniques. The system dynamically adjusts content based on user performance, enabling efficient skill development from beginner to advanced levels. It begins with a placement assessment to evaluate proficiency across key Python topics. Based on the results, users are assigned Beginner, Intermediate, or Pro-level lessons. Unlike traditional linear systems, the platform adopts a topic-wise adaptive approach, allowing varied difficulty levels across modules. Each module includes structured lessons, quizzes, and coding challenges. A built-in dashboard provides insights into user progress, mastery, and learning patterns. Gamification features such as XP, streaks, and badges further boost engagement and motivation. The platform is built using Django and PostgreSQL for the backend, and React for the frontend. AI-powered features using OpenRouter enable intelligent quiz generation and personalized tutoring. This system introduces a novel combination of adaptive learning, AI-driven content generation, and gamification, making it more effective than traditional e-learning platforms. The proposed system demonstrates a scalable and intelligent approach to modern personalized education systems.
