This paper presents a framework of 14 fundamental states of human consciousness — Clarity, Awareness, Creativity, Joy, Wisdom, Energy, Experience, Desire, Ambition, Power, Illusion, Fear, Conflict, and Instinct — derived from 21 years of observation and lived experience. Unlike existing clinical, psychological, or neuroscientific frameworks, this mapping addresses the dynamic, lived movement of consciousness through states in language accessible to anyone regardless of education, culture, or belief system. The framework is the intellectual foundation of Kãla, a reflection network that includes the first real-time collective map of human consciousness states. This work is submitted in the context of the WHO Commission on Social Connection's identification of loneliness as a global health threat and the ongoing absence of practical consciousness mapping tools for ordinary people.
